Refund policy

Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order (certain exceptions may apply).

Return Eligibility Requirements:

-Candles must be unused and unburnt, in the original condition as received.

-Items must be returned in their original packaging and securely packed to prevent damage during return shipping.

-Returns must be dropped off or shipped before the return window ends.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. An email confirmation will be sent once your return is processed.

Damages & Issues During Transit
If your candle arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please note: Glow Theory Candles is not responsible for damage caused by exposure to heat, cold, or moisture if packages are left unattended after delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is shipped and tracking details are provided, Glow Theory Candles is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier, or for unclaimed items due to unpaid customs or fees.

If your tracking indicates delivery but you haven’t received the package, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Packages Returned to Sender
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and secure shipping address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Glow Theory Candles does not accept return-to-sender parcels that require postal fees upon receipt.
