Glow Theory Candles currently ships within the United States only.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
As a small business, we are currently unable to cover shipping fees. Thank you for supporting us and understanding that these charges go directly toward ensuring your order arrives safely.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days.

Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Shipping Times

Standard Shipping (Tracked): 3–9 business days (within the U.S.)

Please note: Once your order leaves our studio, Glow Theory Candles is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related disruptions, or other unforeseen issues during transit.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering accurate and secure shipping details at checkout.

Glow Theory Candles is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or marked as delivered to an incorrect or unsafe address.

If an order is returned due to delivery failure (e.g., incorrect address, missed delivery attempts), the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We do not accept packages returned with unpaid postal fees.
